Mamazul Tulum is Tulum’s most complete mezcalería: 350+ agave spirits from 20+ Mexican states. Small-batch only, zero industrial brands. The only one in Tulum with bacanora, raicilla, comiteco, tuxca, tutsi and sotol. Expert-led tastings with artisanal cheese pairing ($1,600 MXN/person, 5pm daily). Traditional Mexican cuisine: birria, castacán tacos, octopus and chorizo, queso fundido. Live music Tue, Thu & Sun. Happy Hour 5–7pm: 2-for-1 mezcalitas. Open Mon–Sun 12pm–11pm. Aldea Zama.
