It's built as a self-paced park day rather than a scripted tour: once you're dropped off, you choose the order and pace of the activities yourself before being collected again for the return ride.

The morning starts with roughly a 45-minute ride from your Cancun hotel in an air-conditioned minivan. Once inside the park, the zip line courses are a centerpiece, running as high as 150 feet above the rainforest canopy, with some lines threading through underground caves and grottoes and at least one ending in a splash landing into a cenote. From there you can move to the amphibious vehicle circuit, driving yourself over a roughly 3-mile route of off-road trails, rocky riverbeds, and suspended bridges through the jungle, spotting the local plant and animal life along the way.

For a lower-key pace, the park also offers rafting through underground caves, paddling past stalactites and stalagmites before a swim in the cool water of the caverns. Once you've worked through the activities that interest you, the park's changing rooms and restrooms let you freshen up before an all-you-can-eat buffet lunch of local and international dishes made with fresh ingredients, plus beverages. Afterward there's time to unwind in a hammock before the minivan takes you back to your Cancun hotel.

This trip is aimed at travelers with at least a moderate level of fitness who want an activity-driven day rather than a passive sightseeing one, and it works well for families since children are welcome, with pricing tied to height rather than age. It's not a fit for travelers with spinal injuries, pregnant travelers, or anyone with poor cardiovascular health, given the physical nature of the zip lines and amphibious driving. Bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and a change of clothes for after the water activities. The zip lines have their own requirements: a minimum height/weight around 4.5 feet or 88 lbs and a maximum weight of 300 lbs, with maximum waist and leg width limits, so heavier or shorter travelers in the group should check those before counting on that activity. Driving the amphibious vehicles requires a valid driver's license and a minimum age of 18.

Included in the price are hotel pickup and drop-off, use of lockers, the helmet, harness, kayak, and paddles needed depending on the activity, the buffet lunch and beverages, dressing rooms and restrooms, and priority access that lets you pick up your admission wristband on the bus before you even reach the park.
