Hi I'm Lindsay Coulter, LPC. Dedicated Psychotherapist and Gottman Method Couples Therapist specializing in relationship development, attachment injury repair, emotional regulation, and the treatment of PTSD, depression and anxiety. My approach integrates Somatic Psychotherapy, Neuroscience and Attachment Theory to help clients restore their Social Engagement System—the foundation that allows people to experience psychological safety, connection, and effective communication with one another. Beyond the therapy office, Lindsay is a published author and relationship educator helping individuals, couples and relationship professionals learn the skills they need to (re)build healthy relationships.
