Under a sweeping thatched palapa on the north beach, the Sánchez family has been ladling out fish soup and serving cold ceviche to sunburned travelers since 1998. This is a cash-only, flip-flops-welcome operation where the only menu is a chalkboard and the only view is the Caribbean. The homemade garlic butter shrimp and Doña Rosa's guacamole with fried plantain chips are not to be missed.
