It runs as either a one-way or roundtrip transfer, so you can book it for arrival only, departure only, or both directions of your trip.

On arrival, the process starts as soon as you collect your baggage and make your way to the Arrivals Hall. A driver waits outside the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area, holding a sign with the Cancun Travel Experience logo, ready to check your confirmation or photo ID before guiding you to the vehicle. From there, the driver takes the route toward Tulum, sparing you the task of negotiating a taxi fare or trying to navigate unfamiliar roads with a stack of luggage.

For the return trip, the shuttle picks you up directly from your hotel lobby in Tulum. Your exact pickup time is confirmed the day before your flight, and once you are at the lobby, the driver checks your confirmation or ID and takes you back to the airport in time for departure, again in a comfortable, climate-controlled vehicle rather than an open-air taxi queue.
