The day begins with round-trip hotel pickup and drop-off from lodgings across the Riviera Maya corridor between Moon Palace and Tulum, including Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen (pickup is not offered from Cancun or Costa Mujeres, and stays with unpaved access, pedestrian-only streets, or addresses in Tulum's Hotel Zone are assigned a nearby meeting point instead, with pickup time confirmed the afternoon before).
