We are the only coffee roaster on Holbox Island. We have a unique brunch menu with delicious flavors and recipes, plus vegetarian and vegan options. Our açaí bowl is out of this world. We have spectacular coffee, which you can enjoy brewed however you like: V60, Aeropress, French press, etc. And if you're lucky, you might catch the delicious smell of freshly roasted coffee, which we roast right here every 3 days.
