This is Clandestino's second spot. We still keep our promise to offer freshly harvested coffees to ensure the most vibrant and transparent flavors possible. We combine our high-standard coffee quality with seasonal menus and regular favorites, such as the salmon bagel and the avocado toast. In here you will also find an array of healthy and vegan smoothies to start your day. We also offer coffee alternatives such as the matcha latte, hot or iced chocolate or our tea assortment, as well as different milk alternatives for vegan or lactose intolerant customers. As a twist, we have decided to lenghten our schedule as to offer a curated list of natural wines and other options to liven your day and start the perfect holboxian night.

We now also open in the afternoons and evenings, serving lunch and dinner, cocktails and a wider menu to enjoy in a warm atmosphere with good music. Complemento Café & Asador on Isla Holbox combines specialty coffee with authentic fire-cooked flavor. We roast select beans from Oaxaca and Chiapas in small batches to bring out unique notes in espresso, latte, cold brew and manual brewing methods. Our wood-fired grill brings to life New York strip, ribeye and arrachera tacos, plus steaks cooked to perfection and plenty of morning dishes. We also offer vegetarian options, such as our spectacular fire-roasted cauliflower. A warm, cozy space to enjoy with family or friends. We are the only coffee roaster on Holbox Island. We have a unique brunch menu with delicious flavors and recipes, plus vegetarian and vegan options. Our açaí bowl is out of this world. We have spectacular coffee, which you can enjoy brewed however you like: V60, Aeropress, French press, etc. And if you're lucky, you might catch the delicious smell of freshly roasted coffee, which we roast right here every 3 days.
