Complemento Café & Asador on Isla Holbox combines specialty coffee with authentic fire-cooked flavor. We roast select beans from Oaxaca and Chiapas in small batches to bring out unique notes in espresso, latte, cold brew and manual brewing methods. Our wood-fired grill brings to life New York strip, ribeye and arrachera tacos, plus steaks cooked to perfection and plenty of morning dishes.
