AWAKEN JOY! We are your down to earth yoga & wellness studio offering group and private yoga classes and sound healing sessions in Isla Holbox since 2019. With a beautiful and tranquil Treehouse or beach location for our group classes, or let us come directly to you for a personalised private class. We create a safe space and sense of community within all of our classes, where every body of all levels of experience is welcome. All classes foster harmony of mind body and spirit and you will leave with a new or enhanced sense of connection to yourself. Also on offer are private meditation classes and reiki healing sessions, as well as our ultimate luxury packages for your group or yourself to create your own personalised private retreat.
