Raíces has become one of the best places to enjoy the delicacies Isla Holbox has to offer. With more than 20 years of experience, dishes are prepared to order with a characteristic Caribbean touch. Standouts include the "Las parrilladas de mariscos" seafood platters, made with fresh products straight from the sea.
