Airport Roundtrip Private Transportation

This is a private round-trip transfer between Los Cabos airport and your hotel. It is a door-to-door service with a driver, so there are no shared stops along the way: the operator promises to avoid waiting times and in-between stops. You travel in a brand-new air-conditioned vehicle, a Suburban or a Ford Expedition, with the same company handling both your arrival and your departure.

On arrival, you clear immigration, collect your luggage and walk outside the terminal to Umbrella number 10, where an EPIC representative meets you. You receive a return transfer voucher right away, so the trip back to the airport is already arranged. The operator says it has airport staff from the first flight until the last flight arriving in Los Cabos, so a flight change does not mean you have to notify them.

Pricing is described as a single rate no matter where in Los Cabos your hotel is located, with no hidden charges or extra fees. The price includes all taxes, fees and handling charges, the driver, hotel and port pickup and drop-off, and 24/7 customer service. The vehicle is sanitized after each trip.

The service is suitable for all fitness levels and for families. Specialized infant seats are available, infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Service animals are allowed. The transportation options and all areas and surfaces are wheelchair accessible.

There is one important limit. The service does not apply to Hard Rock, Nobu, Rancho Solmar and beyond; the operator offers a separate transportation product for those hotels, so check the right listing before you book. For your departure, be at the hotel lobby exit 10 minutes before the return transfer time shown on the voucher. Gratuities, food and drinks are not included.
