All Vallarta and tequila factory and waterfall

This full-day tour packs the main sights of Puerto Vallarta into about 360 minutes, mixing city stops, a tequila factory and a waterfall in the jungle. The operator describes Puerto Vallarta as a small city on a bay and promises to show you its main places in a single day, with hotel pickup and drop-off.

The route starts around the arches area of Mismaloya, where you walk and take photos (30 minutes). You then stroll along the Malecon, past the lighthouse and the horse (40 minutes), and visit the main cathedral while the guide tells its story (40 minutes). Another 30-minute stop is for pictures of the islands in the bay. Other places named in the description are the romantic zone and a jewelry factory, where you learn about the fire opal that comes from the state of Jalisco.

At the tequila factory (60 minutes) you see how tequila and raicilla from Jalisco are made, including the way the agave is cooked, and you get a tasting courtesy of the house. The last stop is the site where the Arnold Schwarzenegger film Predator was filmed, set up with wooden hanging bridges, a helicopter and decoration from the movie. There you can bathe in the waterfall, pay for one of the activities on offer or eat at the riverside restaurant (60 minutes); food is not included. The return to your hotel takes about 60 minutes.
