Chocolate Workshop (Bean to Bar Experience) in Puerto Vallarta

The session begins with the story of the ingredient. According to the operator you will discover how and where the cocoa bean is grown, how it is transformed into chocolate, and the history of chocolate and its use by the Olmecs, Maya and Aztecs. That background sets up the practical part that follows.

You are guided by expert chocolatiers as you roast, grind and transform cocoa beans into authentic Mexican chocolate. The workshop is interactive, and the price covers the cocoa beans, chocolate and toppings you need. You also get an apron and hat to wear for the duration of the workshop.
