Cross by RZR or ATV the longest suspension bridge + Waterfall

This adventure has you driving an RZR or a quad bike across what the operator describes as the world’s longest vehicular suspension bridge, 470 meters long and suspended 150 meters high. It runs through the terraced paths of the Sierra Madre Occidental and ends at El Salto, a waterfall with clear water for cooling off. The listed duration is 330 minutes.

The itinerary describes two parts. The first, listed at 120 minutes, is the bridge crossing itself, along terraced roads with views over the Sierra Madre Occidental and the operator’s ecotourism park. The second, listed at 210 minutes, is a ride through mountains, streams and demanding trails that leads to the bridge and finishes with time at the waterfall.

Getting there is part of the package: transportation from the meeting point to the park is included, along with a guided tour across the bridge, a security team and a complimentary welcome drink. The price also covers the waterfall visit and a tequila tasting, and you ride either an RZR or a quad, depending on what you choose.

The listing stresses that the assigned driver must present a current driver’s license, physical or photographic, to drive the vehicle. The minimum age to drive is 18 with a valid license, and the minimum age for participation is 6. Sports shoes or closed shoes are required to change the gears of the ATVs.

Collision insurance is paid at registration and is non-refundable: 10 USD per ATV or 20 USD per RZR, covering up to 500 USD in damage to the unit. Maximum weights are 160 kg (352 lbs) for one passenger on an ATV, 220 kg (484 lbs) for two, 226 kg (500 lbs) for two on an RZR and 362 kg (800 lbs) for four.

The tour suits travelers with at least a moderate level of fitness and is not recommended for those with spinal injuries, poor cardiovascular health or pregnancy. Food and drinks are not included, and neither is access to the pool after the tour, which costs 200 MXN per person. The listing does not name a meeting point, so confirm it when you book.
