Express zip lines + Longest suspension bridge

This half-day adventure in Puerto Vallarta, listed at about five hours, pairs an 8-line zipline circuit through the jungle canopy with access to what the operator calls the longest vehicular suspension bridge in the world, 470 meters long and 150 meters high.

From the bridge you get 360-degree panoramic views, which is the main draw beyond the ziplines themselves. The bridge walk is part of the package, as are the eight lines, so the day mixes adrenaline with a slower, scenic stretch above the landscape.

Round-trip shuttle service from the pickup points is included. Those points are a few minutes' walk from the cruise port, and cruise passengers are returned to the port afterwards. Certified, professional guides accompany you throughout, and purified water is provided during the excursion.

A tequila tasting is also part of the day. The operator says the tour is family-friendly and suits groups looking for a stress-free adventure, although the safety limits below apply.

The tour requires at least a moderate level of physical fitness and has a maximum weight of 110 kilograms (220 pounds). It is not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries, poor cardiovascular health or for pregnant travelers. For safety reasons, phones and cameras are not permitted during the activity.
