Private Inshore Fishing Adventure in Puerto Vallarta with Snacks

This is a private inshore fishing trip out of Puerto Vallarta, run as a small tour on a comfortable, shaded 26-foot panga boat. Because it is private, the boat is yours and your group's alone, and the pace is set around your party rather than around strangers. The outing lasts about 240 minutes.

Your captain looks after the group on board and makes sure everyone is comfortable. The tour description mentions enough drinks and snacks to keep your energy up while you try to land a good fish. Bottled water and fishing gear are part of what is included, so you don't need to arrive with your own rods.

One detail that many anglers value: cleaning and filleting of the fish you catch is included in the tour. That means you can take your catch home ready to cook, or have it prepared wherever you are staying, without having to deal with the work yourself.

The trip suits families, couples and friends who want a straightforward day on the water, and it is suitable for all physical fitness levels. Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller, infants are required to sit on an adult's lap, and service animals are allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby.

Plan for a few things that are not covered. Lunch, towels and private transportation are not included, and neither are gratuities. Note also that the boat has no bathroom on board, so it is sensible to go before you set out. A port entrance fee of 41 Mexican pesos, or 2 US dollars, per person is paid separately.
