Puerto Vallarta City Tour with lunch

This five-hour tour rides through Puerto Vallarta in an air-conditioned vehicle with a certified local guide, framing the city as a mix of longstanding traditions and modern life.

The route starts at the local marina, where luxury yachts anchor, and spends the first part of the tour on Puerto Vallarta's history and culture. From there you'll head into downtown for a stop at the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, one of the city's most recognizable landmarks, described as the oldest brick building in Puerto Vallarta and the main sanctuary for the local Catholic faith, built in the early 1950s and set among cobblestone streets and old adobe houses with red tile roofs.

The tour also includes a stop along the Malecón, Puerto Vallarta's oceanfront boardwalk, lined with color, street art, cafés, and restaurants and closed to vehicle traffic, making for an easy, relaxed stroll by the water.

Because there's a fair amount of walking on different surfaces, paved, dirt, and gravel, the tour isn't recommended for travelers with mobility problems, spinal injuries, or cardiovascular conditions, though it's otherwise rated suitable for all physical fitness levels; service animals are allowed and infants are required to sit on an adult's lap.

Round-trip transportation from the marina, a bilingual guide, a tequila tasting, and lunch with one beverage are included. Extra beverages in the vehicle, additional food or drinks at the restaurant, stops not listed on the itinerary, and souvenirs are not covered.
