On arrival, airport personnel meet and greet you. You travel in a late-model air-conditioned vehicle with a professional, bilingual driver. The roundtrip shared transfer covers Zones 1 to 4, and airport and departure taxes are included in the price.

Hotel zones matter here. The operator groups hotels into Zones 1 to 4 and publishes a hotel list for each, so check that list before booking to be sure you choose the right zone. Transfers to Zone 5 hotels are only available as a one-way private transfer, which has to be booked under the private services option.

One detail to know in advance: due to federal regulations, the vehicle used for the ride back to the airport is a taxi. Vehicles are not always equipped with baby seats. If you need one, mention it in the “Special Requirements” field when you book, but the operator does not guarantee it and notes that it may carry an additional cost. If you bring your own child seat, you must book at the child rate, since a seat will be used.
