Sea Mi Amor Marietas

Sea Mi Amor bills this as the most economical way to visit the Marietas Islands National Park, an ecological refuge north of Puerto Vallarta made up of two islands that host a wide variety of birds and marine species, set amid reefs and clear water.

Once at the islands, the day is built around time in and on the water: swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking are all part of the visit, with about two hours spent exploring this stretch of coastline.

Breakfast and lunch are served on board, an American breakfast of eggs, pancakes, orange juice, coffee and fruit, followed later by a lunch of baguette with cheese, ham and salami, homemade potatoes, and a tropical salad, along with an open bar, though alcoholic drinks are only served after the water activities are done.

Access to Love Beach, a separate spot controlled by the marine park, is optional and available only on request, so let the operator know in advance if you'd like to add it.

Given the swimming and snorkeling involved, the tour isn't recommended for travelers with spinal injuries, cardiovascular conditions, or for pregnant travelers, though it's otherwise rated suitable for all physical fitness levels; infants are required to sit on an adult's lap.

Port tax, transportation to and from the marina, tips, and any photo package are not included, nor is the Marietas Island conservation fee. Children ages 3 to 5 travel free on the tour itself, though their meals aren't covered by that free spot.
