Signature Birria Taco Tour in Old Town of Puerto Vallarta

This Signature Birria Taco Tour is a food walk through the Old Town of Puerto Vallarta built around one dish: birria tacos served with a rich consommé. You go with a local guide who takes you beyond the obvious tourist spots to small places that residents themselves like, so the focus is on tasting rather than sightseeing.

The tour lasts about 120 minutes and moves on foot through the lively streets of the historic center. At each stop you try birria tacos and the consommé that goes with them, at what the operator calls hidden local gems. The itinerary also mentions two stops that are good places for souvenir shopping, one of them of about 10 minutes, so you can pick something up between tastings.

This tour suits food lovers who want a guided way into local eating habits and who prefer a relaxed, walkable outing. The operator describes it as suitable for all fitness levels, and it is wheelchair accessible, including the areas and surfaces along the route. Infants and small children can come in a pram or stroller, and service animals are allowed.

The price covers breakfast and brunch, which is the food you will taste during the tour. Gratuities are not included. Public transportation is available nearby. The listing does not give a meeting point or a start time, so check your booking confirmation for those details.
