Snorkel & Playa Nopalera • Private Tour • Punta Mita

This is a private snorkeling tour of about two and a half hours to the Marietas Islands, departing from the Punta Mita pier. You sail on a boat used exclusively by your group, which gives you a more flexible pace and personal attention.

After a short briefing at the pier, you board and sail to the islands, a crossing of roughly 15 to 20 minutes depending on sea conditions. On the way you can see iconic rock formations and observe marine fauna in its natural environment.

Snorkeling is the main activity. You spend approximately 25 to 30 minutes in the water with the equipment provided, watching colorful fish up close, always with a certified guide who leads the group along safe routes and gives constant support.

Then you visit Playa Nopalera, where you can swim, walk along the shore and explore natural caves. The visit is private, so you do not share the space with other groups. On the way back to Punta Mita you may again spot marine life and the scenery of the archipelago.

The tour is designed for families or groups of up to 8 people and is described as accessible for all ages. The boat has a ladder for reboarding. Travelers should have at least a moderate fitness level, and it is not recommended for pregnant travelers or people with poor cardiovascular health.

The price includes private transportation, lifejacket, snorkeling equipment, non-alcoholic beverages, the private boat and a waterproof bag for phones or cameras. Entrance to the hidden beach, known as Beach of Love, is not included, and neither is food.
