Cachasol Culinary & Mixology Workshop

This is a two-hour hands-on workshop at Cachasol, a tequila producer in Nayarit, that combines Mexican cooking with mixology. It belongs to the venue's series of practical classes and is meant as a relaxed way to get to know Cachasol through food and drinks you prepare yourself.

On the kitchen side you work with fresh guacamole, cook on the comal and learn simple Mexican culinary techniques. On the drinks side, you make cocktails using Cachasol tequila, which the producer describes as additive-free and award-winning.

According to the producer, its tequilas are made with 100% Nayarit-grown agave and an IPA-inspired fermentation, which brings bright citrus, floral notes and real agave character to the glass. It also says Men's Journal named Cachasol one of 2026's Best Small-Batch Tequilas and Best Everyday Tequilas. The workshop shows how those flavors work alongside fresh ingredients.

The class suits couples, friends and families. Guests can choose a non-alcoholic beverage option, so youth and people who do not drink can take part fully. Many guests reportedly arrive for the class and stay on for dessert, another drink at the Cachashade Bar, or some extra time at the farm while the kids play.

Meals, alcoholic beverages, a non-alcoholic option and gratuities are included. Private transportation and additional cocktails or bottles are not. The venue is wheelchair accessible in all areas and on all surfaces, service animals are allowed, specialized infant seats are available, and infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller.
