Shared Shuttle Transfer from/to Merida Airport

For arrivals, collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area, holding a sign with an orange MeridaTravel Experience logo. Show your confirmation or photo ID. Transportation is ready exactly 30 minutes after your flight lands and can wait up to 60 minutes after landing. If you cannot find your driver, go to the Main Ground Transportation Area.

For departures from your hotel, the exact pickup time is confirmed a day before your flight. Your driver meets you in the hotel lobby, and you should be ready a few minutes early, because drivers may wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed time.

Read the conditions before booking. The service operates from 5:00 AM to 11:59 PM, so if your flight falls outside those hours, contact the operator to confirm availability. Last-minute changes and delays must be reported immediately and are subject to availability. Pickups to or from multiple terminals or hotels are not allowed, and requests for changes are accepted or rejected at the supplier's discretion. Partial cancellations or refunds are not available for roundtrip services, and the transfer cannot be exchanged for other services or routes.

The price includes the air-conditioned vehicle, the one-way or roundtrip service, and all fees and taxes. Excess luggage charges (where applicable) and gratuities are not included.
