We're proud to be a local favorite for meeting up with friends or family to enjoy a good time, take a break or celebrate a special occasion, and we're just as happy to welcome all our traveling friends from Mexico and abroad who visit the city for work or pleasure. Born in 2015 in the heart of Temozón Norte in Mérida, Yucatán, La Libertad is a concept built around a culinary offering focused on the quality of every ingredient, blending Yucatecan dishes with traditional ones, fresh and made to order, that you'll fall in love with at first sight. Our whole space is air-conditioned. The independent bookstore is open from 10am to 6pm, Wednesday through Monday. We carry books by Yucatecan authors, independent publishers and lots more little treasures. We're on the second floor in downtown Mérida. A little hidden, but if you look up you'll surely find us!
