Sisal Mangroves Tour with Beach Visit and Local Experience

This tour combines a day at the beach with a guided look at Sisal, a coastal town on Yucatan's Gulf coast recently recognized as a Pueblo Magico, mixing wildlife spotting, local culture, and beach time into one full day.

The day includes a moto-taxi ride through town and along the pier, time spent flamingo spotting and observing wildlife in a natural reserve, a guided walk through historic Sisal, and a visit to a local cenote — all before heading to a beach club for free time to relax and swim.

In Sisal itself, you'll see the historic lighthouse and old pier, admire colonial buildings along the streets, and look out for birds and fish living in the surrounding mangroves, with a bilingual guide on hand throughout for context on the area.

Once at the beach club, you have free time on white-sand beaches with clear, turquoise water, whether you'd rather swim, relax, or take photos.

This mix of transportation, wildlife, and culture suits travelers who want more than a standard beach day, though note the tour is not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries; infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller, and infants are required to sit on an adult's lap.
