APERITIVO is the culinary project of Casa T'HŌ — the restaurant inside the house, with outdoor areas, air conditioning and a room for private events. Our carefully curated menu balances fresh, local flavors with our favorite recipes and a Mediterranean touch. Part restaurant, part bar and part café, APERITIVO combines the grandeur of Paseo Montejo with timeless design and food. It is an ideal space for an espresso in the morning, for brunch, lunch or dinner, sharing long, wonderful conversations at the table with friends and family. Aperitivo and Casa T'Hō are also the ideal venue for very exclusive events, full of detail.
