Emileta is an artisanal pastry shop, bakery and coffee shop located in Colonia México, Mérida. We bake daily from scratch to offer you the best break of your day, perfect for a great breakfast or a quick lunch. Our display case features desserts such as cheesecakes (passion fruit, guava, Basque), brownies, pound cakes, chocolatines and croissants. On the savory side, we make Serrano ham focaccias and ham and cheese croissants fresh out of the oven. We round out your experience with an espresso bar tended to in every detail. We serve hot or cold lattes (with plant-based milk options) and combos designed for office workers and neighbors in the area. Quality, real ingredients and service on every visit.
