About

One-hour-and-twenty-minute boat trip to see: FLAMINGOS, THE MANGROVE CHANNEL, BIRD ISLAND AND THE FRESHWATER SPRING. $3,000 pesos per boat departure, maximum 6 people. We are the original boatmen of Celestún and we work together with the state and federal government; we are the favorites of many local, national and international tourists who visit us regularly. Our operators are trained to explain in Spanish, and if you wish you can hire nature guides for a better experience in this beautiful natural area, spotting different birds during the trip, seeing the mangrove trees and with the chance to swim in a freshwater spring.
