The BUENOS AIRES concept restaurant was born as a romance between two lands: we fell in love with the Argentine ritual, but gave it a Guadalajara heart. On our open-air terrace in Colonia Americana, we light the fire to show that an exceptional cut of meat doesn't have to be a luxury for the few; here, the best flavor in the city is enjoyed without pretension. Under the motto "our terrace, your patio", we move away from long tablecloths to become that neighborhood corner where the smoke guides you and the warmth makes you come back.
