At Café EL PALMAR we offer our customers a variety of products and desserts to go with their drinks. Our coffee is an organic product grown and harvested by hand, with love, by coffee farmers in the high mountains and green land of Yajalón, Chiapas. It is washed-processed, fermented for hours and sun-dried in the open air. The flavor, body, aroma and acidity are intrinsic to our coffee beans.
