Since 1992, COPAL Fonda Mexicana has been a popular restaurant serving traditional home-style Mexican food. Ever since, it has been part of the lives of the people of La Paz and the state, who fondly remember the flavors and seasoning of its famous dishes.

Quemadero is a gastronomic experience that brings together premium products from Baja California and Baja California Sur —from land and sea— using fire techniques, raw dishes and signature cocktails facing the Sea of Cortez. Quemadero is a symbol of gastronomy in its most primitive and wild expression, led by one of the best chefs in Mexico: Alejandro Villagomez. Connected by a musical thread —restaurant and bar— with multiple spaces for celebration, it proposes fire as the link between people and the land of Baja California Sur. Fire cooking is an integral part of our menu, for which we work with local fishermen and farmer friends to find the best seasonal products.

We offer event rooms for 10 to 250 people for your events, celebrations, presentations or work and business meetings. We offer all-inclusive packages. We have breakfast and lunch buffet service from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday to Sunday, plus à la carte dinners from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. A selection of more than 130 tequilas and 20 mezcals, liqueurs, table wines and domestic beer.

Las Tres Vírgenes is a contemporary cuisine restaurant in La Paz, Baja California Sur, set in a traditional Mexican house with a patio and garden. Its concept revolves around fire and the grill as the centerpiece of the kitchen, with a clear focus on carefully selected cuts of meat, precise cooking techniques and clean flavors. The menu is rounded out with fresh fish and seafood, well-executed sides and a thoughtfully curated wine selection.
