We offer a 12-course tasting menu prepared with the freshest ingredients of the day. Our cuisine is based on an interpretation of Mayan culture, starting from something real; using modernity and tradition as tools, along with the unique ingredients we have in the region. It conveys a sense of a present-day Yucatán in flavor, space and land. A cuisine whose main concept is dynamism and interaction without barriers, without rules, where we work closely with producers from the peninsula. Price per person $2730.00, service NOT included We also have an à la carte menu costing $1,575 pesos for 4 courses of your choice, with dessert on us.
