At STARGIU we serve 100% organic coffee grown by coffee farmers from the Sierra Madre del Sur, with a unique concept: drinks with added spirulina and superfoods, inspired by ancestral Zapotec wisdom. Try our espresso, cappuccino, matcha, Oaxacan chocolate, teas, milkshakes and cold drinks, alongside artisanal desserts.
