The stalls used to be made of sheet metal and wood; now there is an impressive new building with the same 100 artisans ready to keep sharing their talent and creativity with every visitor. A variety of clay pieces, including: jugs, mezcal jugs, figures of the 7 regions, miniatures, lamps, souvenirs for weddings, quinceañeras and baptisms, traditional clothing, etc. You'll find a variety of food and drinks: empanadas, tlayudas, memelas, tortas, agua fresca, coffee, nieves, etc. COME, WE'RE WAITING FOR YOU!

AR artesanías ✨ A family-run black clay workshop from the beautiful town of San Bartolo Coyotepec, the Land of Black Clay, with a legacy of more than 50 years. The owners, Luis Real and Andrea Pedro, will be happy to serve you at Reforma #6A San Bartolo Coyotepec, between Independencia and Hidalgo streets. It is an animal-friendly space: we have two Xoloitzcuintle dogs, so we greatly value respect for animals, as they are part of our family.

We are a family artisan workshop descended from great master artisans in the community. We are the 4th generation making black clay crafts; we preserve traditional techniques while also innovating in our products. We are a registered brand and hold the Hecho en Oaxaca and Hecho en México distinctions, we are Producto Oaxaca on Mercado Libre, and we have the lead-free certification that marks our products as original and therefore of a high quality worthy of export.
