Cachasol Farm Distillery is a laid-back coastal distillery, farm, and culinary retreat in Sayulita, Mexico. Set on six acres of agave fields and farmland, we produce ancestral-style raicilla on site and craft small-batch, additive-free tequila using Nayarit-grown agave. Guests join us for daily distillery tours, hands-on culinary and mixology classes, and relaxed farm-to-table meals from our open-air kitchen. People love the photo-worthy architecture & landscaping, the authentic food, the crafted tequila, and the energy—whether you’re visiting with kids, friends, family, or a lively group ready to celebrate.
