About
We are Libre Café, a team of coffee roasters in Chiapas founded in 2013. We look after the coffee process from cultivation to the cup. We roast on a 5 kg capacity roaster, which allows us to offer you an artisanal roast with the aroma and flavor that so distinguish us. We promote transparent, profitable and sustainable growing practices throughout our coffee's process. We prioritize direct dealings and teamwork with families and small independent producers as part of a process to obtain quality beans. We encourage agrochemical-free cultivation. We support and applaud social projects.
