About

BASTART is a cheesecake boutique with a coffee and matcha bar in Providencia, Guadalajara. We specialize in cheesecakes inspired by the Basque cheesecake technique, but made with our own recipe and style that take creaminess to the maximum. Our cakes combine three textures: a cookie base, an extra creamy center and a golden brown surface. They are baked daily with natural ingredients and are available in five flavors: Classic Cheese, Sayula Cajeta, Lotus Biscoff, Toasted Pistachio and Pink Guava. We also offer house-made compotes with seasonal fruit. The bar serves Estelar coffee, Uji Matcha and drinks developed with natural ingredients and our own preparations.
