About
A traditional restaurant that has endured for several generations, with a colonial façade that proudly shows its distinction. The beautiful old mansion, where the renowned diplomat and writer Francisco Rojas González was born, houses a restaurant where you can taste one of Mexico's most legendary dishes since colonial times: goat birria. The options are birria in broth or tatemada (roasted); with both, they let you choose the cut of meat you prefer. The side dishes are delicious and you will always find an ice-cold beer to go with your birria. The place is always very clean, spacious and comfortable, has wheelchair access, and its staff is friendly and inclusive. Live the experience.
