About
We are a Korean team made up of coffee tasters, roasters, baristas, a baker and a designer. We opened the first Café Loco in 2013 in Guatemala and, after 13 years in business, we arrived in Mérida in 2025 in search of a new challenge and to share the wonderful Mexican coffee. We visit the coffee farms to meet the people behind the coffee and we bring the green coffee straight from the origin to roast it ourselves. We only serve fresh coffee and we bake fresh bread every morning. THE COFFEE AND BREAD YOU CAN ACTUALLY TRUST.
