About
"History, tradition and flavor in every bite" We are a family business from Motul, Yucatán. Our culinary approach is based on preserving and recovering the original recipes of Yucatecan cuisine; to do so, we source ingredients from the interior of the state, generating income for the Yucatecan families who need it most. For us, the flavor of the food is a source of pride, since it is the best way to honor our parents and grandparents who, despite poverty, found in their backyard and/or in the milpa the "delicious" way to feed us.
