We are a nutrition center specializing in the management of overweight and obesity; we run a 6-week habit-change program based on a cognitive behavioral approach. We focus on people who struggle to change their habits or get organized, who experience a lot of food-related anxiety, as well as on people with obesity-related conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, fatty liver, insulin resistance, polycystic ovary syndrome, hypothyroidism and others.
