I am a CLINICAL NUTRITIONIST, DIABETES Educator, and I am INTERNATIONALLY CERTIFIED as an ISAK Level I Anthropometrist by the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry. I like to KEEP UP TO DATE so I can OFFER the BEST SERVICE to my patients, which is why I am constantly studying, taking courses and attending conventions in the field of nutrition. MY WORK in the office consists of TEACHING my patients HOW TO EAT mindfully and GIVING THEM the TOOLS they need to REACH their GOALS AND MAINTAIN THEM. IN EVERY CONSULTATION I carry out the necessary NUTRITIONAL and ANTHROPOMETRIC ASSESSMENT and show them comparative CHARTS of their PROGRESS, such as: weight, % body fat, % muscle mass, circ
